About Me
My Experience:
My passion for Pilates began whilst working in an office, when I realised how little movement I was getting each day. I started Pilates classes for a healthier routine and quickly fell in love with the practice and how great it made my body feel afterwards. Overtime, I came to appreciate how valuable Pilates is for overall wellbeing, especially mat-based Pilates as it is so accessible for all ages and fitness levels!
To deepen my understanding, I completed my Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification with Future Fit, where I gained valuable knowledge of Pilates techniques, principles and safe practice.

My aim is to create a warm and welcoming space where you can move at a pace that feels right for you. One-to-one sessions for completely personalised support, so we can focus on what your body needs and what makes you feel comfortable. Group classes for a relaxed and friendly experience, offering a sense of connection and shared motivation. And if you prefer practising at home, my online classes make it super easy to just roll out your mat and join in from wherever you are.
